1. Overview
Security is part of how KaDeep is built — not an afterthought. We protect workspaces, credentials, and cloud execution artifacts with encryption, access controls, and isolation appropriate for B2B SaaS.
2. Infrastructure
KaDeep runs on modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS), network isolation for execution environments, and role-based access inside our operations stack.
3. Secrets & Credentials
Workspace secrets and test credentials are stored encrypted. Access is scoped to your project and workspace membership. We recommend using dedicated test accounts and rotating secrets regularly.
4. Test Artifacts
Cloud runs may produce videos, screenshots, console logs, and network logs. These are tied to your workspace and accessible only to authorized members. Shareable build links can be configured for stakeholders without full account access.
5. Access Control
We apply least-privilege access across product and operations:
- Workspace membership controls who can view, edit, and run tests.
- Operational access to production systems is limited and audited.
- Sessions use secure cookies and industry-standard authentication practices.
6. Data Retention
Artifacts are retained according to workspace settings and our retention schedule. You can delete tests and related data from your workspace when you no longer need them. See our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.
7. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, contact us through Contact or email [email protected]. We investigate and respond to good-faith reports promptly.
