1. Agreement
By accessing KaDeep.ai or using KaDeep Studios, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service
KaDeep provides browser-based test recording, replay, scheduling, and reporting. Features and availability may change as we improve the product. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using KaDeep, you agree to:
- Keep account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
- Only test applications and environments you are authorized to access.
- Do not misuse the platform (abuse, reverse engineering, or interference).
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms for sites you test.
5. Intellectual Property
KaDeep and its licensors own the product, branding, and underlying software. You retain ownership of your tests, artifacts, and application content. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase or in your agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with notice for renewing subscriptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, KaDeep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using KaDeep at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the product ends; provisions that should survive (including liability limits) remain in effect.
